We have our in-house goldsmith working closely with us. Each order generally takes around 10-14 days. Sophisticated designs may take more than 14 days.

For your customized order, please be noted that we will require a reference photo, if that can be provided, if not, please describe the design in details so that we can sketch for you.

Once the design is confirmed to your liking, we will request an up-front deposit for your order by issuing an invoice. The order will proceeds as required once the payment is completed.
